FALL 2020
We are excited to finally begin our fall lacrosse workouts and get our players back on the field! 
Current schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 in weight room
These are not mandatory workouts, however if you are avaliable to come and workout with the team you are expected to participate.  If you cannot attend, please reach out to Coach O'hara. 


Students will be required to wear a mask in the building anytime they are not working out.  I don't expect the team to be running and lifting with their masks on, but make sure they come to workouts/practice with one.
