Stephen O'Hara - Head Coach of Northview Lacrosse

Stephen O'Hara is the Head Coach at Northview High School where he also teaches and coaches Softball for the Titans. Coach O'Hara came to Northview in 2017 from Bellport High School on Long Island where he served as the defensive coordinator.

Coach O'Hara is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University where he was a 3-time captain and a 4-time All Conference Defender for the Bears. While at Lenoir-Rhyne he helped lead the Bears to a Conference Championship in 2014 and finished with 112 career groundballs, which ranks 3rd in Bears lacrosse program history.

Hailing from Bellport, NY, Coach O'Hara was a 2-sport star for the Clippers on the football and lacrosse field. He garnered all-conference recognition in both sports his senior year in 2010.  He graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne with a degree in Health and Physical Education.


Kevin McCall ~ Assistant Varsity Coach

2020 will mark Coach McCall's thirteenth year with the Northview lacrosse staff. He has been a Fulton County employee for 14 years, thirteen of them at Northview. Coach McCall coached the Northview Frisbee team in 2009, which included many lacrosse players. He is a member of the Career Technology/Business Education department at Northview High School and also assists the administration with the planning of senior field trips including GradBash and is co-sponsor of the Student Council

 

Michael Brasfield ~ Assistant Varsity Coach

Coach Michael Brasfield returns for his fourth season at Northview. After serving as Captain for the Titans in 2009, he went on to attend the University of South Carolina. It was during college that he developed a passion for coaching at nearby Lexington High School.  At Lexington, he help lead the Wildcats to the playoffs in their inaugural year. Upon graduation, Coach Brasfield headed west to Salt Lake City where he continued his coaching career at Skyline HIgh School. He is happy to have returned to the Atlanta are and is thrilled to be coaching at his alma mater.
